Malin, si anak yatim, meninggalkan ibunya untuk merantau. Dia berjanji, setelah sukses nanti akan menjemput ibunya. Namun, Malin tidak menepati janjinya. Dia bahkan lupa pada ibunya. Suatu hari, istri Malin mengajaknya berjalan-jalan. Tidak disangka, kapal mereka bersender ke pantai di mana dulu Malin tinggal. Malin pun bertemu ibunya. Apa yang terjadi? Apakah Malin menepati janjinya?

Malin, a fatherless boy, left his mother by herself to make a living in a another kingdom. He promised her that once he had become a successful man he would come tompick her mother. But Malin never kept his words. He forgot about his promise to his mother. One day, Malin’s wife asked him to accompany her visiting other kingdoms. Accidentally, their ship docked in the beach where Malin used to live. Malin saw his mother. What would happen next? Would Malin keep his words now?
