King Solomon's Mines is an adventure novel set in Africa. It recounts the strange and eventful expedition of Sir Henry Curtis, who travels through the remote interiors in search of his brother. He is accompanied by Allan Quatermain and Captain John Good. The three men encounter all kinds of dangers and hardships as they follow the route taken by Sir Henry's brother, who has gone in search of the legendary treasure of King Solomon's mines.
